This is our third Easter away from Bristol. In 2015, we spent it in the quiet town of Debrecen, Hungary. Last year we celebrated with some friends in China, where Easter isn’t celebrated. Touching Down in Mexico City

Landing in Mexico City We landed at 4 am in Mexico City, earlier than we were scheduled to do so. Our flight with Aeromexico had been very smooth and we even managed to sleep a fair amount on the plane. The queue for immigration was long but we finally made it through and got our luggage about 5.15am. Google Maps informed us of a quick and easy route to get to our hostel. Visiting the DMZ, Korea

The DMZ (demilitarised zone) in Korea marks the territory between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) and the Republic of Korea (South Korea). I’m not a big fan of organised tours. However, sometimes, they are a necessity. This was certainly the case when we wanted to visit the DMZ. You can’t just rock up and take a few photos.
