With less than 2 weeks left before we leave Mexico, here are some must do’s before we hop on our plane. Eat More Fresh Fruit There is so much fresh fruit here and it’s delicious! A Short Stop in Puebla, Mexico

Oaxaca was on my list of places to see in Mexico but from Mexico City the journey is long. After a quick bit of research of where to stop in the middle, we decided on Puebla. Prices seemed unusually high during our search for accommodation, we later realised that this is due to the fact we were looking to stay there on May 5th – Cinco de Mayo. Thoughts about my time (so far!) in Mexico

We’ve now been in Mexico for just over five weeks. It’s gone extremely quickly and I’m already worrying about how little time we have left with a whole bunch of places left that I still want to see. We’re currently in Guadalajara, Mexico’s second-biggest city. Our Air BnB is a little outside of the city in a new apartment block with a swimming pool and a lovely bright, modern room with excellent views from the 11th floor we’re staying on.
